Dare 2 Care, Inc. is a non-profit organization that is in the process organizing a series of meet and greets, concerts, charitable events, and drives. The event entitled How Floyd Mayweather Saved Christmas hosted by Floyd Mayweather will be held in Birmingham on Saturday December 17, 2022 at Regions Field Ballroom and Lounge. This will be a first class, multicultural & diversified event.

This event will include meet & greets, guest appearances and much more. There is a projection to have a minimum of 800 individuals in attendance at this event. How Floyd Mayweather Saved Christmas is an event that will allow our community to personally interact with boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather while gathering Christmas gifts for the children of the incarcerated inmates at the Jefferson County and Birmingham City Jails. Dare 2 Care, Inc. How Floyd Mayweather Saved Christmas Party will be promoted via radio, television and Internet.

We are asking all local and national artists, businesses, celebrities and community leaders to come out and support us in our efforts.

The reality is that a family member being incarcerated has affected a large majority of us. Some of us have even been or know someone who has been incarcerated for one reason or another in our life. It’s time to correct the behavior to stop this trend by starting with what matters the most, our youth. With that being said we are asking you to donate your financial assistance, products and time to this most worthy and needed hands on approach to reach our youth. Collaborate with us to help gather gifts to assist these children of incarcerated inmates of the Jefferson County and Birmingham City Jails that are in this crisis situation.

We need personalities to donate their time by signing autographs and/or providing alternative options at the actual event. Most of all we need you to assist by becoming a sponsor of this project making an in kind donation of product/services, toys as well as financial assistance.

The beauty of this sponsorship is that you will have a direct impact on the life of a child or family who really needs your encouragement. Put the shoe on the other foot. Wouldn’t you want someone to answer your plea for help if it was your family?

We are also requesting a Letter of Commitment pertaining to your donations, financial assistance, time and services that will be rendered by you or your company. We are respectfully requesting a response letter no later than 10 days after receiving this letter and will need a positive commitment of sponsorship no later than Monday November 28, 2022. We will start accepting all donations on Friday October 7, 2022.
